One of the things I am trying to do this quarter is provide many ways for clients to provide feedback to me and let other people know about the experiences they have had with our service. So far, we have created two new ways to allow that to happen.
First, we have added a customer feedback page to our website. You can leave your comments by clicking on the Customer Feedback button on the right side of any page on our site.
We also created a group on facebook. It has only existed for about a week and we already have 68 members. If you aren't one of them, check out the page, become a member and leave a message or comment on our wall. You can also see pictures of our store and our staff there.
