East Lansing, Michigan, November 18, 2008 – KI Technology Group today announced that it will donate a percentage of revenue to the Michigan Coalition Against Homelessness through the end of December.
In making the announcement, KI president Linda Lynch noted that “as we approach Thanksgiving and Christmas, most of us will be made aware of others who will not be sitting down to dinner in a warm, cozy dining room with friends and family. Many of us have a picture of who we think the homeless are, but in reality, many families with children find themselves in situations that many of us cannot imagine. As we looked for an appropriate way to give back to our community this year, and because we have had the opportunity to learn about the services that are provided by the Michigan Coalition Against Homelessness, we thought this was one way that we could help out.”
KI has pledged ten percent of labor revenue from instore repair services as a donation to MCAH. Individuals that need work on their computers only need to bring them to KI Technology Group’s store located in the Hannah Plaza, 4790 S Hagadorn Rd, East Lansing. Services must be paid for by December 31st to qualify.
