From time to time, KI will make special purchases available only to Platinum members. These offers will be available through our members only website.
Before you become a member, your computer will be checked to make sure it is problem free. If any problems are found during the initial check, they must be repaired prior to the approval of any platinum service.
There is no charge for this initial check and diagnosis. You will be given a price for the necessary repairs at the Platinum discounted rates. No job will be done without your permission.
Once your computer has been fixed, we will start the platinum service.
